Go to your local thrift store and buy an old tent, the ones that have the same type poles as the hubs and retro one.

Should be under warntie for a year call the manufacture and get a new one for free.
Take a kid fishing, they make great pack mules.
Put the big ones back for another day eat the small ones.

My first thought is Fiberglass driveway markers. I've seen them at hardware stores and home Improvement stores. About 1/4" to 3/8" dia. different lengths also.

If it is new and you set it up correctly then the manufacturer's warranty should cover it.  It was most likely a manufacturing defect that caused the rod to delaminate.  Call customer service.

As a point of interest if they say no, please post who manufactured it (and under what brand), where you bought it and if they gave you a reason.  I would want to stay clear of a manufacturer/retailer who doesn't support their product/customer if that's the case.

I had two break on my hunting blind last year. After several attempts to call I got P.O.ed and sent a semi-mean email. I received the replacements free, normally they cost $70 a piece.
