Give Gary a call at 399-4524 and ask.  He has really stocked the place up this season with a lot of stuff including sleds and Finbore augers and I think he might have some shelters

I miss Bill.  "Wiggles" coached me at fishing from the time I was about 8.
Is Gary his son?

Yeah Gary is Bill's son who's running the place now.  He's doing a great job with the shop and has really expanded the inventory this year and business is good.  I was there twice on Friday and both times he was swamped with customers :o

First time I ever went to Wiggleys was last year's first ice.  I bought a new auger, sled, poles and misc. gear.  My total came to about $250.  I tell Wiggley no problem and hand him my credit card.  2 seconds later, I find out it's cash or check only.  Wiggley goes "Eh...no worry.  Just take everything now and just pay me later this week."  Confused, I ask him "you don't even know who I am, why do you trust me?"  He said "I just do".  Not feeling comfortable, I give him my credit card as collateral till I'm back from fishing the next day.

Wiggley was willing to potentially lose $250 to a total stranger.  After that, I'm forever debted to Wiggley as my bait shop!

I grew up going to Wiggly Worm. Friendlies bait shop ever, Bill is great and Gary seems to be taking over very well. Sadly I wouldn't advertise the offer, there's no shortage of people willing to take advantage of others.

I think he opens at five a.m.  And if you give him a call the night before, he'll hook you up.  His number is posted earlier in this thread.  I too, liked Bill, but his son Gary is just as nice.

Gary is the man. Not to many places like the Wiggly Worm. I live 15 minutes away but would travel further if I had too. Worth the drive!

It's hard to find enough good things to say about this shop. Ya just gotta go there to see even if you don't need bait.
All folks follow Chainsaws first law of diminishing enthusiasm, "Ya just hafta want to do some things more than others."

Route 50 in Burnt Hills.

Near the Ford dealership and right next door to Anderson's Boat Shop (by the way, DON'T go there. RIP OFF CENTRAL!!!). But DO go to see Gary. He's GREAT!!!

You don't have to ask. He does it automatically! And his dad (Bill) used to give you 2-2.5 dozen for a wiggley dozen. But, with the VHS problem and rising costs, Gary's wiggley dozen is still muchly appreciated. Go ANYWHERE else and not only is a dozen an exact dozen, but they cost more as well!
