No Name Pond, Lewiston
« on: Jan 17, 2010, 09:10 AM »
Wondering of anyone has had any luck with No Name Pond in Lewiston? Haven't heard much about it, and I am interested because it's so close by. Hoping their are some recently drilled holes because I only have a hander auger that does work for jack sh!t. Looks like it could be a nice brookie pond...

I don't think they stock it anymore. Used to get a few hundred every year. The bass fishing is good, used to get nice white perch but they got hammered and that has been off for a few years. Heard rumors of crappie but have yet to see one. Heard the same about pike but haven't seen one of those either. Overall the pond needs a rest and I'm hoping it will be back in a few more years.
