Missing snowmobiler

Anyone fish china lake today? They think a 18yr old may have gone threw the ice! If you seen something that didn't look right please report it! They said he left from pinkhams fuel stop and may have took the lake home!This was on channel 2 website :'(
Is it ice time yet???

I doubt he went through the ice, down here in NH its about a foot of black ice, should be very safe up there.

Well chia lake is a big body of water and i haul wood by it , it was not froze over in spots last week!

Yeah, I don't know the lake, some places are picky like that. Hope he's okay. That stuffs always sad.

       Wearing a carrhart jacket, and a pair of blue jeans.  :cookoo: I doubt he was going far dressed like that. He left at 9 pm and They haven't found him by now , doesn't look good sad to say.  The narrows is wide open :(

It's looking like he got on the lake somewhere and went through at one point. After all the snow on sat his tracks were covered up good. Hope i'm wrong.  :-\

Very unfortunate if he is in the lake.  How would they ever find out now?  Big area to look without any idea of where he went.

I heard a rumor tracks were found leading into open water in the narrows with none coming out.  The weather has finally cleared to make diving efforts a little easier, but thin ice has made the area hard to get to.  I hear there are dive teams and out there right now. 
I pray they find this kid alive somewhere in a camp on the lake. 
It scares the heck out of me to think what could of happened having grown up on the lake and riding all over it as a teenager myself.  I had many close calls myself, even knowing the lake well.......especially in the narrows and west basin. :'(
