    I heard it smells pretty bad so you might want to raise them in a shed or something.  I'm not exactly sure about the smelling so don't quote me on that.

    Do a search on "raising your own waxworms".  I raised them for 23 years and there is no fowl smell.  In fact, I think it kinda smells good.

    got my kit on the 5th and they are already into the breeding material within 1 day

    cant wait to see the results my 6 yearold thinks its neat too (the wife doesnt)

    I will post pics if anybody wants to see them

    this is what I stembled on, not sure if I want to go throe all that hassle to get waxes. I just go to the store and donate my $2 and go fishing

    I know they would be a pain if you tried to raise them in a bee hive. I have seen some hives that they invaded.  They literally destroy it.   My culture was similar to the kits you buy, but just a little different.
