Crappie Challange for the Banquet

Thanks to all you crappie masters that have shared your secrets with me.  ;D I have been having a blast getting some crappie and have been having some of the best fish fries ever the last few weeks.

I set a goal of 5# of crappie fillets to have for the banquet and thanks to DoubleL' giving me a couple yesterday I have exceeded my goal.  ;D ;D ;D I have 5.2# to bring.

Who else is bringing fish to cook at the banquet? Last year it was a huge hit!
