with all the power augers i have had through the doors of my shop this winter I just seen the first ever blown headgasket on a jiffy mod 30! 3 of the 5 head bolts were loose. keep em tight guys!!

no particular problematic model weather it be jiffy strike master or Eskimo. the most common problems with any of the above is definitely simple carburetor work. there is not much to go wrong with these little two strokes!

save your money and get the Icegator  No leaking head gaskets  no spilled gas no cord breakage  and worse case senerio ya failed to maintain the batteries and in a pinch get 2 anywhere they sell a flasher  lol
