I have the FL-8 SE and like it but this new one is going to get some hours on it and soon !

I think you should look in to a new flasher  < Vexilar > for Joey !
He needs this to better his chances at catching fish , this will serve two purposes - 1. It will encourage him to fish by increasing his odds and keep him out of trouble .
2. It will let him help out with the grocery bill by being able to put quality fresh food on the dinner table .

I have the fl-20 ultrapack dual beam as well.... all i can say is..... it's sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

I'm going to try and get out one night this week and give it a spin , if not it will have to wait a week in it's case before I can play again because I'm going on vacation to see my new Granddaughter and she has to come before my new toy/tool .
I've used other people's FL-20 and love the way they preform , the bottom zoom is paramount for competitive type fishing .

After spending a season fishing with the aqua VU I thought maybe its time to try a flasher and what an unbelievable choice that was.  Tigger is the one who talked me into getting the FL-20 Utra pack....best choice I have ever made.  My catch rate has more than tripled as I am now super mobile.  Last year getting 5 or 6 bluegills over 8 inches was very satisfying to me....this year...with the VEX, taking home 20 slob gills that average 10 inches is common along with crappies and perch!!!  Thank you TIGGER and thank you VEXILAR !!!   I now catch fish on purpose!!
