I'm going to be fishing Sabattus lake for the first time this weekend. Just wondering how much snow is on the ice, I have an older sled that doesn't like deep snow.

You will have no problem with snow...windy as it is today, it will soon be clear!

Saturday looks like the day i'll be going too. Not sure where i'm going yet. I'll be driving a yellow Skidoo Safari if you see me drive by.

I think I am going to get on the ice by nason beach I dont have a sled I will be on foot but i will have the blue fish trap shanty stop by if you see us and say hi

As long as come March aka Pike Fest time I can walk on, then I don't care if it's safe to drive on.

Ya know, walking on ice gives you great leg muscles!!
