Alot of action and alot of fisherman ,plenty of small perch and great tip up action, still aloy of green weeds through out

Fished Indian Bay on 1-11 & 1-12. 23" & 16" Walleye, nice mixed bag of perch & a few big 'gills. A few northern, all small. Lost one big Northern and one HUGE walleye at the hole. Perch best on bugs, but bigger ones hitting minnows.
Ice is good for snowmobile and ATV travel. No trucks.

Hello again from the walleye man. No walleyes this past weekend but caught some nice perch 8 and a half to 12 and a half inches. Biggest perch coming on tipups hooked up with small trebles with walleye fatheads. Good luck. Total of 102 perch for 5 guys in 6hrs.

Was up on the lake 02/20/2001-02/22/2001 Travel by 4x4 truck was possible but there was still some slush pockets. Ice was 18-20inches very poor in the bull-rushes. Caught some descent perch in 10 feet of water on the west side also nailed a nice 24" walleye on a jig pole using a baddog jig on 2lb test while fishing for perch! Caught some smaller 18" Northern pike also.

Weekend of the 17th. Numerous walleyes with good size 21 to 27.6 inches 3 to 8 lbs. Gotta have patience and put in some time. Find schools of small perch and set in the tip ups. Walleye suckers in stinky water work the best. Don't leave the bait in the stinky water to long or they will be dead. Laterz from the wallllleye man.

Heard yesterday about a group of guys that did VERY well on the north shore weekend of 2-10. Lots of 9-10 inch perch. Still some slush on ice.
