Got out a little late, about 11:30. There was 5 in. of ice and little snow cover. Fished the north end of Lower Phantom...Had no flags, and only saw three fish caught...seemed to be very slow fishing...all the fish caught were small northerns...Gonna try Upper Phantom tomarrow by the Y-camp
