WENT OUT 1-5-02 PARKED IN THE 2'ND PARKING AREA ICE 4-6 INCHES ALONG SHORES SPOTS OF OPEN!!! WATER TOWARD THE MIDDLE. WATCHED A MAN FALL IN . GOT TO CLOSE TO THE WATER. LUCKLY HIS PARTNER HELPED HIM OUT . HE WAS ALRIGHT BUT LOST SOME POLES AND TIP-UPS. FISHING WAS FAIR THREE OF US CAUGHT 8 PICKERL 15-21 INCHES 1L/M BASS 18 INCHES 30 PANFISH PERCH&BLUEGILLS.

well us guys were there on 2/24/01.caught two small pickerl and two small catfish...ice thickness is 14".going to try a new lake this upcoming weekend...fishing is very slow this past season...after fishing this lake five weekends...it's time to find another lake elsewhere....

Fished this lake again with a few friends on 2/17/01. Ice thickness is 14".We caught some small pickerl.One little bass.No perch.It was very windy.Gusts up to 40 mph.Try again next weekend hopefully.Overall fishing was quite slow for the amount of time we spent on the ice.

ICE IS 14 TO 17 INCHES THICK.CAUGHT SOME PICKERL...FROM 12 INCHES TO 23 INCHES LONG...ONE CRAPPIE 12" LONG...NO PERCH...BASS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN...FISHING HAS BEEN SLOW...GOING BACK TO FISH SAT.2/17/01...LOOK FOR MY REPORT WHEN I GET BACK...

How is anyone doing... how thick? and that kinda stuff...please report back. I wish I could get e-mail addresses so could get directly with someone in that area. See Beltzville for my report of my local lake!
