SUBJECT :Cooks Bay

I fished the bay Sat. the ice was between 10" and 11".
The bite was strong from dawn until 1:00. Moderate to gusty winds, partly sunny. I'm going back again Sat. weather and ice permitting.

Fished Cooks Bay today. Decent ice about 8 inches. Lots
of ATV's and sleds out there. Perch were not active and
few had any luck. Cold, windy and bright sunshine.

am interested in fishing lake simcoe. have never been there but have heard reports that ice is scarse. dont know if thats true. dont have a website to contact. any suggestions?

there is lots of ice on cooks bay
was there on saterday and sunday
a few perch not tonnes
at least 7in of ice.

hello was wondering what the ice conditions were at this time. have plans on going around the 22 of feb. how should the ice be and also the fishing.
