Any reports on ice conditions and ice fishing for salmon
and lakers on Willouhgby? Could someone recommend any
hot spots to icefish? Is there a good bait and tackle store in the area? Could anyone recommend lodging or a
guide?

I like to fish willoughby in the shallows right under the ice. I let out 5 to 10 feet of line. Sometimes we get lakers in the shallows also. They cruise in to feed in the afternoon.

I live near willougby and fish it often. I too have caught a nice salmon. How deep are you fishing? right under your hole or are you dropping it deep?
