8" in most areas , but open on eastern end. GREAT FISHING today , but be cautious

Superb fishing , with 33 fish between me and my dad. mostly picks between 18 and 24" and up to 4lb. Dad got 10 bass to 21 1/2" and over 5 1/2lb! Plus 4 big yellow perch over a pound!
