Try fishing the 90 foot depths in wold lake. Many say that these depths don't exist in wolf lak of Muskegon but they do.Last winter i fished in 85-90 feet of water and caught my limit of northerns in 1 hour and they wern't small fish 28-39 inches so fish these depths and you will be a happy fisherman. Use tip ups with a 5-8 inch shiner or sucker set down to about 20 feet from the surface and you will nail them. happy fishing.

How are the ice levels on Wolf Lake doing at this present time. And how do you catch the walleyes in this lake.

Wolf Lake has had a decent perch bite.
The Pike are also hitting. Suckers and Golden shiners in the 5"-8" range are the ticket.
Try the North side of the lake for perch and walleye.
Pike numbers are best on the East end.
Access via the West end at the boat launch.
