hey everybody i went to the fire and ice fishing derby on saurday the fishing was very very slow although in the early morning(6:00) there were people catching alot of perch.the ice is anywhere from 5" to 9" thick and there was some opean water at the dam

Caught 1 fish all day long got it with a micro jig tipped with mealworm. Good safe is theres some slushy spots newar dam but evrey were elst is safe. Try marina cove good trout fishing.
