hey everyone i went ice fishing at evergreen lake and caught nothing but everyone elese was cathching a lot. the ice is very thick ith is just about 2 feet thick. everyone was catching fish on meal worms or just salmon eggs.

Fished today and caught a few on meal worms and jigging spoons. Meal worms were the better way to go. There is some open water at the inlet of the lake but the ice is still 16 inches thick.

Three of us fished for 5 hours and caught a dozen rainbows, most on power bait a few on kastmasters. We didn't see anyone doing really well, in fact most weren't catching anything.

WE MANAGED TO CATCH ABOUT 35 RAINBOWS AND 5 BROWN TROUT RANGING FROM 12"-14" ON 1/32 OUNCE ICE CHENNILE JIG WITH GLOW HEAD,FISHING ABOUT 16'-20'DEPTH.
