Thats funny, I was just gonna post that same question. I tried night fishing last year for about 2hrs and did'nt even have a bite. I hooked up one of those underwater lights that are suppose to attract fish but it did'nt seem to work. So yeah ant advice on this would be appreciated by Jay and myself. Thanks Shawn

Well, first of all, if you're from Mn, you dont want to be fishing with an underwater light, it's ILLEGAL.
but enough of that. We use glow jigs and tear drops. They now come in red, blue, green, and yellow.
The trick is to shine them up frequently. We use a camera strobe light which works great! Of course, you're going to need to be where the fish are. Each lake is different-you'll have to do some homework and ask the locals, baitshop, and others fishing.
Another product to try is the new mini cyalume light sticks that attach to your hook. They're very tiny and are assorted colors.
