i have caught catfish a few times through the ice on a jig pole but was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to catch channel cats in murcy water on tip-ups any help would be apreciated thanks

I've been told that if you find the deepest hole in lake or river, the cats will stack up there in the winter months.
use graph to locate holes, and see fish stacked.

If you go to the grocery store and buy some chicken-liver and let it sit at room temp. for a day or two it makes a great cat bait, you wanna put it in deep water on the bottom.
