I had a strange occurance with airplane jigs. I was fishing for pike with a smaller sized airplane jig tipped with the back end of a minnow. I was trying to catch some smaller pike for dinner when instead I went went home with a bucket of slab crappies. I never heard of this before but thought it was interesting. The lake was called Specticle Lake and is in Minnesota if you want to know. |
