I have had simliar encounters were larger fish come through and spook the panfish. Every once and a while I will see the FL-8 screen go blank and then a quick flash will appear and then followed by a jerk on my rod quickly breaking the line. Pike and walleye swim through schools of panfish and feed aggressively and devour everything in their paths including tiny lures. |
