While fishing in Edinboro Lake here in Pa.last winter. After locating fish with my fish finder; Vexilar FL-8 and caught several nice bluegill; they shut off all at once;biteing. A person with a underwater camera near by trying to locate a place to set up came over to where i was fishing and ask me how i was doing. when telling him;good, until they just shut off. Useully at this spot and time they bite good for about 1 1/2 hours. Being courious as to why today they all of a sudden quit bitting; I asked him to put his camera down the hole. I got my answer real quick. A lunker largemouth bass had moved in; and was sitting there about a foot off the bottem. Here where i was fishing; it was really weedy; but the camera showed up real good. I was Impressed with the quality of what i saw !! Good Luck to all you Ice Fishermen this year. Carl |
