Jason,

Get a good quality balloon and cut some of the nipple off. Then fill it with some water, just enough to fill the balloon without stretching it too much. Then get a good rubber band. Slide the balloon up on to your locater's puck and wrap the rubber band around it. Now you have that little pool of water you need to shoot through the ice built right into your locator. This works great and saves time.
