I purchased the do it yourself shanty kit from cabelas. (You can see it on their website) The only thing you really have to do is build a floor for it which took about 1 1/2 hour and about $40.00 in supplies. All in all I have about $150 dollars wrapped up in it and it is pretty nice. Lots of room and you can configure the floor to accomdate either a couple jigging holes or one larger one for spearing. To transport the shanty I took 2- 2X4's and cut the edges down to a 45 degree taper and mounted them on one side with removable wing nuts. Works like a charm! |
