I always keep a piece of metal tin the diameter of my holes in my shanty. whenever I leave I put the tin in in my hole. It has 2 handles on it and i can easily remove it to go fishing again. The measurements are 10 inches in diameter, 12 inches high, and it has a bottom and I caulked the ring on the bottom. I keep minnows in there when I'm not fishing it keeps ice from forming in my holes. Good Luck |
