Posted At 08:08:40 01/14/2002 I built and Ice Shack with my friend brock this fall. It's 5ft wide 7fthigh 9 feet long. It's not the nicest looking ice shack, butit only cost me $1.59, and that was for a paper towel holder...ya think I could have built somthing to hold a roll of paper towels! The shack is made of really tough canvas, and we have for corners or 2x2's and underneath we have skis. We got everything we need for this for free, an old boss of my friends gave us LEXAN plexi glass, you can't break this stuff!! well any questions just email me. |

Posted At 23:23:04 03/05/2002 Great plans from American Ice House PO Box 658 Kila, MT 59920-0658 5.95 gets you plans to build a 4x6 or 4x8 house that is portable , cheap to build and very roomy. Plus you can modify to suit YOUR needs. I built a 4x8, with a turf covered floor, skis, and it cost me under 100 bucks. A little heavy but 2 people can load and unload it easy. If you got a 4 wheeler it will carry a weeks worth of gear and tows great. check em out and tell Chris that Mike sent ya1 |
