I have just finished striping, sanding, and resealing my old (25yr old) Beaver Dam tip-ups. By this weekend I will be out on the ice (Okauchee Lake) fishing for northern and walleye.

What I wanted to do is to find out how to disassemble the tip-up and use the blue lube on the interior of the shaft assembly. There must be some trick to it , I do not want to force anything and end up breaking it.
